Recently Vladimir taught a seminar in London on the subject of Disarm and Control.

Along with Bonn the week before this was the first seminar in Europe for 3 years. It was wonderful to be back to International Seminars again.

You could clearly see that Vladimir missed it and his happiness to see friends and to share his knowledge was clear in the warmth and smiles as he went around the room.

I am working through the recordings and teaching them at the Academy and I have to say that watching the individual interactions that Vladimir has with people adds so much more depth to the content than just watching the demonstrations as per the normal experience.
