All classes outlined in the schedule below are now running at the Academy and on zoom.
The only class that is zoom only is currently the Tuesday 10am class.
For those who don’t live close enough to train there is also the opportunity to join online classes!
All members automatically have access the online members library and access to live and on-demand classes.

No appointment is necessary to observe or train at any of the classes.
Private and specialised classes can be made by appointment.
