Dissolving Fear to Live Naturally
Livestream Seminar with Matt Hill.
This class is based on a 1 hour session that I recently delivered at the Wilderness Festival in the UK.
The session was full and it seemed everyone really clicked with the topic.
People seem much more aware how their anxieties and fears can get in the way of living a full life.
I hear often how it can damage relationships, inhibit performance, stop you engaging in activities, taking new opportunities, meeting new people, even going outside amongst many other things.
The term, ‘dissolve’ and the implication that you can recognise and dissolve those fears with a reliable, systematic method appealed to people.
Method
The method that I will take you through is tried and tested using the Systema tools for establishing and maintaining calm in the face of stress, pressure and panic:
- We will establish a baseline or, ‘home base’ of calm and relaxation.
- We will then very progressively add stress in different ways to move you off that baseline, recognise this and then restore back.
- This gives you the tools, the practice and the confidence to take control of this process.
I have done this many times before and am always so pleased to see peoples faces when they realise that it is process that they can feel in control of rather than overwhelmed by.
People were animated, engaged and more confident afterwards in their ability to dissolve fears as they arose.
For all levels of experience.
The class can be participated in with or without a partner, but if you can bring someone along there will be some partner exercises that you can do together that will enhance the experience.
Class Recording: The Class will be recorded and will be sent to participants. If you sign up and cannot make the seminar you will receive a recording afterwards.
