Matt is available to teach Seminars both in the UK and overseas. Matt will work with you to understand the needs of you and your club and develop a seminar theme that will meet these needs. At all seminars Matt strives to achieve the right environment for training and learning – one that is challenging, enjoyable and informative. Examples of themes that Matt has taught in the past are: Ukemi, Atemi, Kokyu, Balance, Awase, Connection, Riai and body movement.
