To Book:
- Download the booking form by clicking the form icon left or here for Adobe Acrobat or here for MS Word.
- Fill in all the details and sign.
- Put a cheque in for the course elements you book. Please make cheques payable to Matt Hill and send to: Matt Hill, Holly Tree House, Seend Cleeve, Melksham, Wiltshire.
- Once we have recieved your booking form, you will receive a booking receipt by e-mail or post. Keep this as proof that you have paid and bring it with you on the day of registration.
- Turn up promptly for registration on the day.

PLEASE NOTE:
